Artist's Comments

I did this 4"x6" art of Jade Empire's Wu the Lotus Blossom as stress management at work during the rare lull in the day. I love how easy marker rendering is on smooth bristol board (finally used the ones I bought in San Diego in '06).

Medium: Pitt brush pen, Copic & Prismacolor markers on Strathmore 300 Bristol.

This original, traditional medium-rendered artwork is available for sale. Please PM me for pricing if you are interested.

It's really good, love the colouring, except that the pink background look a bit rushed on some places. The fingers is a bit too small, otherwise the anatomy is perfect in my opinion, I really like the fact that she isn't abnormaly thin :3

Thanks for your comments. I agree about the fingers, and in restrospect, I shouldn't have added the green in-lines for the cloud bg, but traditional = no undo button :)

Glad that you like it anyway, warts and all.
