I had a similar idea like this when I watched the Making-Of ^^ (there was a scene where bombur-actor and dwalin-actor -can't remember those names- where studying the first song and dwalin suddenly started to growl).
In my version Bombur played the guitar and Dwaling was growling the badass metalsongs XD
(Kili and Fili played bassoon and oboe XDD)
I wrote a Fanfiktion about it, but sadly its completely in german (my english is too bad to translate it good enough)
